TFF rejected the objection to Kayserispor’s 3 point deletion penalty! – Last minute Super League news



The Turkish Football Federation Arbitration Board rejected the appeal of Kayserispor against the decision of the Club License Board. After this decision, 3 points of Kayserispor were deleted.


Turkish Football Federation Club License Board made the final evaluations within the scope of the National Club License System; The applications made by the clubs in the top 3 leagues, Super League, 1st League and 2nd League, were examined according to sports, infrastructure, personnel-administrative, legal and financial criteria. As a result of the investigations, Kayserispor from the Super League, 4 teams from the 1st League and 5 teams from the 2nd League were given three points deduction penalties. The objection of the Yellow Reds to the Board of Arbitration was rejected.


In the statement made by TFF, the following statements were given:
“Kayseri Spor Futbol A.Ş.’s objection to the decision of the Club License Board dated 23.12.2022 and numbered E.71 – K.2022/03 has been examined. As a result of the negotiation in the file, which was examined at the meeting of the Arbitration Board dated 24.03.2023. ;
– The rejection of the application of Kayseri Spor Futbol A.Ş. and the approval of the decision,
– Since the applicant waived his request for adjournment with his petition dated 24.03.2023 and his statements at the hearing, it is unanimous that there is no need for a decision on the adjournment request,

In this case, Kayserispor took the 9th place in the Super League with 46 points.
