According to the statement made by TFF, 149 referees who were referred to the Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK) were sentenced to 8 to 12 months in prison, and 67 of these referees objected to the decision.
The Arbitration Board evaluated the objections at its meeting and approved the decisions.
82 referees who were penalized by PFDK did not object to their decisions. Thus, the careers of 149 referees whose punishments were finalized ended.
On the other hand, the board (PFDK) continues to examine the files of referees Zorbay Küçük, Melih Kurt and Mertcan Tubay, who were referred to PFDK.
