UNa table by two hundred people, a tree decorated with intermittent lights and a climate more since December than from August. It is the summer Christmas staged in Terranera, a small hamlet of Rocca di Mezzo, in the province of L’Aquila, located at 1,270 meters above sea level in the heart of the Sirente-Velino Regional Natural Park.

Precisely for the rigid temperatures, with a winter ‘flavor’, the Pro Loco has decided to organize an out of season Christmas dinner in the square, with the bright fireplace and hats of the red and white ordinance. An idea born almost for fun, accompanied by panettone, mulled wine and full -blown decorations. The weather has put on its own: rain, fog and evening temperatures close to zero did the rest, transforming the Abruzzo summer into a perfect winter evening. (Service by Fabio Iuliano)
