TVA new deadline is approaching in ‘Made in-house’ and that brings some tensions with it. In Beringen, the frustrations between Younes and Eline are clearly piling up. And the atmosphere in Antwerp is not exactly there either.
In Beringen, Younes and Eline do everything they can in the bedroom they are finishing for their daughter Lena. She can play the jury herself and choose the right design for her room. In the meantime, the young couple is also on their own and have to go the extra mile. However, there is still a lack of clarity about the division of tasks. According to his girlfriend Eline, Younes is responsible for rinsing the buckets. Because someone “just has to do the stupid jobs”. Younes himself is not so happy about that. “You are really very difficult and demanding.”
The atmosphere is not there in Antwerp either. The couples sense that the jury moment is approaching and as a result the tension rises sharply. When Anaïs asks Lien to borrow the circular saw, the latter responds very briefly. “In such situations you get to know people better. It’s just a shame,” Anaïs says. And her boyfriend Cedric is also disappointed after Lien’s blunt reaction. “I wouldn’t say the friendship is over, but it’s still a weird reasoning.”
The moment of truth had finally arrived in Antwerp. The jury visited the different bedrooms and gave feedback. Cedric and Anaïs as well as Lien and Melvin were criticized. “You just can’t show us something like that.” In the end, one couple emerged as the winner. Although judges Gert, Cerina and Hadisa were not unanimous in their decision. “It was a tough verdict.”
