Tennis superstar Roger Federer will play the final match of his unique career alongside Rafael Nadal.
The two long-time rivals form the doubles of the European team at the Laver Cup in London on Friday evening (09/23/2022). The organizers announced this on Thursday.
Federer had already expressed his desire to compete with Nadal in advance. “I think it would be a very special situation if it came to that”, according to the Swiss. Opponents are Jack Sock and Frances Tiafoe from the USA.
Nadal is ‘excited and grateful’
