Temporary emergency shelter for asylum seekers in the De Slenken sports hall in De Wijk

From Thursday evening onwards, Sports Hall De Slenken in De Wijk will be the sleeping place for male refugees for whom there is no room in Ter Apel for four nights. The sports hall will be converted on Thursday afternoon, local residents were informed by letter from Mayor Inge Nieuwenhuizen at the end of the afternoon on Wednesday.
