Telefonica Deutschland shares down: Deutsche Bank Research downgrades Telefonica Deutschland to ‘Hold’

Analyst Keval Khiroya referred to his earlier scenario in a study on Friday, according to which Telefonica Deutschland should benefit from solid earnings in mobile wholesale, while the development of a mobile network at 1&1 could create uncertainty. As a result, shares in Telefonica Germany outperformed those of 1&1 by 50 percent in six months. However, because 1&1 now appears to be in a better position with regard to the longer-term free cash funds, he now advises buying 1&1 and only holding for Telefonica Deutschland.

The Telefonica Deutschland share temporarily fell 1.54 percent to EUR 2.75 via XETRA
