Teemu Selänne: The home in California was sold

According to US real estate websites, the Finnish hockey legend Teemu Selänten the luxury home in the residential area of ​​Coto de Caza has been sold.

The huge 873-square-meter house, built in 1994, was announced for sale in 2018, and the Seläntees quietly got it sold months ago. The home was already sold at the end of January.

The house was sold with a price tag of almost seven million dollars, but there is no exact information on the final price.

Iltalehti reached Selänte’s case manager Ari Lehdonwho did not take a position on the sale.

Selänne bought the house in 2000. Coto de Caza is described as an elitist area, and there are also many other millionaires in the neighborhood. One of the people living in the area is Selänte’s friend from the NHL club Anaheim Duck, who retired last season Ryan Getzlaf. Actors and musicians also favor the area.

The sold apartment served as the main location in the TV show Supertähdet, published in 2016 and 2017. The program format was very similar to the Vain Elämäa program that still appears on the channels. The Supertähdet program was made for two seasons, where Sami Hyyp and Matti Nykänen were seen as guests, among others.
