Teemu Pukki came off the bench to become Norwich’s savior

Finnish football fans have been watching the number one gun with concern for a while now Teemu Pukin game mood. For some reason the Norwich manager Dean Smith has lost faith in Puki’s abilities and puts him on the bench.

Even though Pukki has not yet scored a goal this season, the start of the winning goal was a perfect indication of the Finn’s vision of the game.

The Finnish striker has last started Norwich’s opening match against Hull City on August 13th.

Perhaps Tuesday’s performance will also finally shape manager Smith’s view of Norwich’s attacking players’ pecking order.

Defeat for Chelsea

On the Premier League side, the biggest surprise was seen at Southampton’s St Mary’s stadium, where the home team beat Chelsea 2–1.
