FC Den Bosch has sent Bernard Schuiteman away. The technical director would leave the football club after this season, but the club management no longer wants to continue with him now that it has become clear that he is going to work at a competing club. On Wednesday afternoon, RKC in turn announced that Schuiteman will start working in Waalwijk after this season.
FC Den Bosch makes it clear on the website that it is not happy with the switch from Schuiteman to RKC, which seems to be relegated from the Eredivisie. “Now that it has become clear that Bernard has finally chosen to work for a direct competitor in the new season, we see that this can no longer be unite with each other and we must protect the interests of the club, so that it was decided to end the cooperation immediately.”
FC Den Bosch says he is in conversation with possible successor (s) for the technical position within the club and hopes to be able to present it soon. The club won the first period title of the Kitchen Champion Division this season and therefore participates in the play-offs for promotion to the Eredivisie. After winning the title, FC Den Bosch said goodbye to trainer David Nascimento.
Schuiteman, who worked in Den Bosch for more than a year, is the successor of Mo Allach at RKC Waalwijk who leaves for FC Groningen.
