GÖPPINGEN (dpa-AFX) – The software provider TeamViewer is somewhat more pessimistic about the revenue development in the current and next year. Sales in 2025 are likely to be at the lower end of the previous forecast range of 778 to 797 million euros, the company announced late on Tuesday evening. In 2026, sales will be between 790 and 825 million euros, which would be an increase of 2 to 6 percent year-on-year. Teamviewer had previously assumed 850 to 870 million euros.

Benefiting from cost savings, Teamviewer expects an Ebitda margin (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of around 44 percent, which will be one percentage point better than before.

In the third quarter, sales on a pro forma basis increased by 4 percent, adjusted for currency effects, to 192 million euros compared to the same period last year. Adjusted Ebitda increased by 1 percent to 87.7 million euros. The corresponding margin fell by one percentage point to 46 percent./he
