Delegance concerns continue to increase at Eintracht Braunschweig. Before the home stretch of the second division season, the club and its environment motivate themselves with a special campaign.
Special circumstances require special measures. This also applies to Eintracht Braunschweig. Before the end of the season in the 2nd Bundesliga, the relegation -threatened Lower Saxony, with a considerable campaign, committed themselves to the upcoming tasks in the fight for relegation.
As the club announced on Thursday, representatives of all fan organizations and sponsors met with parts of the team, the management, members from the Supervisory Board and the Presidium as well as the office in the changing room of the professionals in the Eintracht Stadium.
“We only pack it together as an Eintracht family!”, The BTSV writes. The current sporting crisis situation could not be discussed away. Due to the precarious table situation and the acute risk of relegation, you need “a shoulder closure and the maximum unity.”
At the team evening, everyone present “impressively” made it clear that they were fully together in the final sprint. There was an honest, critical and impaired exchange, the club said.
The resulting message: “We can achieve the season goal of relegation on our own. We need combat spirit and passion. The team on the pitch and the fans in the ranks. Let us whip our lions on the lawn unconditionally until the goal is reached.”
Eintracht currently occupies 24 points with a relegation site 16. The saving bank is three points away from seven games before the end of the season. The BTSV only has one point ahead on pursuers SSV Ulm on the first direct relegation. On Friday, Braunschweig will meet SC Paderborn in front of a home backdrop (kick -off 6.30 p.m.).
