Even for practical subjects, they often find it more difficult or impossible to find teachers with the ideal profile at all. “But as far as the French exam is concerned, this is the first time in years that I have not found a replacement. So the problem is getting bigger,” Glorieux thinks.
The director also had to look for a replacement for other subjects this school year, although that went more smoothly.
