The American rapper, who is also known as a member of the HipHop formation Public Enemy, flap Flav, congratulates Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce in a video published by “TMZ”. There he says: “Flavor Flav is here in the house, alias King Swiftie. I want to congratulate my girlfriend Taylor Swift on her engagement with my buddy Travis Kelce. Hey Yo, listen to you: I knew that that would happen. I could hardly wait, what I mean? Now my girlfriend Taylor is engaged with my buddy. I am totally enthusiastic!”
