Taylor Swift is being sued for trademark infringement and unfair competition over the title of her album The Life of a Showgirl. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the case was filed in California by Maren Wade, a former Las Vegas showgirl. She owns the trademark ‘Confessions of a Showgirl’.
