Who is in first place by a large margin should come as no surprise to anyone.

What tour records were recorded in 2024? It has now been announced what sales the ten most successful artists achieved.

Taylor Swift excels with “Eras” tour

The music trade magazine “Pollstar” has determined what was probably already clear to many: Taylor Swift’s gigantic “Eras” tour takes first place among the most financially successful tours of the year. The pop star even set an all-time record with earnings of $2.2 billion. The stadium tour lasted a total of 21 months and included a total of 149 concerts. It ended on December 8th at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver, British Columbia.

By December 2023, when the “Eras” tour was halfway over, Swift had earned $1 billion. And even before that, there had been speculation that the tour could be the most profitable in music history once it was over. An estimated 10,168,000 million people attended the “Eras” shows worldwide.

Pink, Coldplay and Springsteen follow shortly afterwards

Also on the list of the most lucrative concert series in 2024 is Coldplay (second place) with their “Music of the Spheres Tour”, which was very successful but did not even generate half of Swift’s income. They are followed by artists such as Pink (third place), Bruce Springsteen (fifth place), Rolling Stones (sixth place), Bad Bunny (seventh place), Metallica (ninth place) and Madonna (tenth place).
