Ajax players Kenneth Taylor and Brian Brobbey and Volendammer Joey Veerman are in the pre-selection of the Dutch national team for the first time. National coach Louis van Gaal announced his list of 32 names this afternoon.
Ajax is the main supplier with a total of nine players. Jordy Clasie and Bruno Martins Indi are on the list from AZ. The last one was missing yesterday AZ – NEC due to an injury.
The Orange squad will play two games in the Nations League at the end of September. The 22nd is the away game against Poland and three days later the meeting with Belgium follows.
In two weeks, on September 16, Van Gaal will announce his final selection.
