Tapestry opens new logistics center in Nevada

The US fashion group Tapestry Inc. put its new logistics center in the US state of Nevada into operation on Thursday. The facility in the city of North Las Vegas will serve to provide better service to customers on the West Coast of the USA, said the parent company of the Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman brands in a statement.

According to the group, the state-of-the-art fulfillment center offers the capacity to store four million items and ship up to 22.2 million products annually. In the future, it will supply the clothing provider’s stationary stores and its own e-commerce. The company said it plans to create more than 400 full-time jobs at the new location by 2029.
