Tallon Greek track has qualified for the quarterfinals of the Mallorca Open. He was too strong for Alex Molcan, the number fifty in the world, with 0-6, 6-3 and 7-6 (3).
Greek track was a size too big for Feliciano López in the opening round of the ATP 250 tournament, but it soon became clear that Molcan was of a completely different level. In the first set he didn’t take a single game and went off 6-0. In the second set he recovered by winning 6-3 and after a tiebreak he also won set three.
With this, Greek track is in the quarterfinals of the tournament, which he will play against the number 303 in the world Antoine Bellier, who surprisingly eliminated Pablo Carreño Busta (19). Botic van de Zandschulp is no longer active in Mallorca. He lost his singles match against Marcos Giron yesterday and lost in his doubles match with groenpoor against Rafael Matos and David Vega Hernández.
