Synchronized swimmer Marlene Bojer qualified for the solo final in the technical freestyle at the start of the swimming world championships in Budapest.
The woman from Munich took eleventh place in the prelim with 80.8648 points. The final will take place on Saturday.
“Eleventh place and place in the final – wow, really crazy,” said Bojer: “I’m super happy with the result.”
Bojer will also compete in the duet preliminary with partner Michelle Zimmer in the afternoon.
