Sylvie Meis is currently much too thin and therefore runs a serious risk of having to undergo a bone transplant in the long term, says Marijke Helwegen. “I wouldn’t recommend that.”
It was a direct insult to Sylvie Meis: last month, based on some new photos, she was compared to Marijke Helwegen. However, the latter does consider that a compliment and is even tempted to wear the latest one Weekend to pose as Sylvie. We see three Christmas photos of Sylvie, with Marijke next to her imitating her.
Bone transplantation
Marijke thinks that Sylvie sometimes indeed looks quite like her, although she warns the influencer not to pose too vulgarly in her Christmas photos. “Sylvie should also not wear a sexy outfit too often, as that will make it less chic.”
And according to the senior society star, she should eat more. “Her face is now becoming narrower, just like mine. I like the rounder, more convex one better, because it is more pronounced. Because Sylvie is on the thin side, you will experience bone loss. And I would not recommend a bone transplant.”
Compliment
What does Marijke think when it is said that Sylvie is starting to look more and more like her and is going crazy in terms of cosmetic operations? “I see the humor in it. In fact, it is also a compliment, because they compare me to her. I indeed hear that many people think she has gone too far in this, but I don’t think so.”
She continues: “I do think she is on the thin side. Then you lose even more volume when you sleep. As a result, she may also use fillers, but that is temporary. Nevertheless, she remains an attractive creature, with her own style.”
Barbie doll
By the way, Marijke finds it strange that people think that she herself would also have gone crazy. “People thought I had had a lot done, but it wasn’t too bad. After fourteen years I slowly started to realise: I have a very good job at a busy clinic and I look great! I haven’t gone crazy. So look at it all.”
“For years it bothered me that people thought I was just a Barbie doll, in a negative way. Now I would say: I’d rather have a Barbie than an old mop!”
