This is the first time in the history of Asian club football, a club from Singapore achieved a final on a large continental level. Joe Lolley scored the only goal of the game in the 85th minute. At the club led by Alexander Baumjohann from Australia, Anas Ouahim was a German player on the bench, Thy stood in the starting XI.
