The Swiss-based parent company of the controversial Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, which runs from Russia to Germany via the Baltic Sea, has applied for a postponement of payment. That said economic director Silvia Thalmann-Gut of the Swiss canton of Zug, where the company is located.
