Rotterdam – Transferring money to a customer or supplier in Russia, or to a friend or family member, or receiving wire transfers from Russia, will soon no longer be possible. The West has agreed to ban Russian banks from the Swift network; we still have to wait for the legal elaboration and then Dutch banks will no longer be able to transfer money to or from Russia.
