Moshtag B. (33), the possible client of the explosions at the Tarwekamp in The Hague, is said to have arranged this through a ‘broker’ or fixer. De Telegraaf reports this based on several sources. The criminal broker is said to be suspect Adil from Oosterhout. He then allegedly arranged two men from Roosendaal to carry out the explosions.
One of the suspects who has been arrested is Adil (33) from Oosterhout. The Telegraaf reports that he is suspected of being a ‘broker’, a kind of fixer within the criminal circuit.
He was said to have been called in by Moshtag B., ex-partner of the owner of the bridal fashion store in The Hague where, according to the police, the attack was most likely aimed.

According to the newspaper, this so-called ‘broker’ in turn arranged two cousins from Roosendaal. It concerns suspects Ilyas (23) and Mourad (29).
The two men from Roosendaal were already arrested in Brabant before the explosions in The Hague. The Public Prosecution Service confirmed this on Wednesday after earlier reporting from Omroep Brabant about this. That would have been a week before in Oosterhout. They were in a van full of jerry cans and heavy fireworks.

The explosions caused several deaths and injuries. They also destroyed homes and business premises, including bridal fashion store Aliyahs Styling.
Police acquaintance
In 2021, Adil was sentenced to four weeks in prison. He abused a woman in Oosterhout. He squeezed the woman’s throat and kicked her body.
He is also said to have sent several threatening messages. These were intended for her and her family members. There were threats of serious assault and rape.
Earlier this year, on August 12, he was convicted by the court in Den Bosch for another assault and destruction. He was sentenced to ninety hours of community service for, among other things, hitting an employee of a shawarma restaurant several times.
Four suspects from Brabant
The council chamber will decide on Tuesday whether the four suspects will remain in custody longer. Real estate agent Adil was arrested on Thursday, December 12. The other three suspects three days earlier.
