Surprise coming? ‘Linda de Mol, pick up Better Late Than Never!’

Beter Laat Dan Nooit will return to the tube, but no longer on RTL 4. The third season will be broadcast on SBS 6. With Linda de Mol as the new presenter?

After the first season with Olcay Gulsen and the second season with Katja Schuurman, the travel format Beter Laat Dan Nooit returns to the screen. This show focuses on four TV seniors who, together with a presenter, travel to special places. The program moves from RTL 4 to SBS 6.

Linda on a trip?

The trip goes to Cambodia, India and Nepal, but which TV seniors are participating and who will be the presenter is not yet clear. Only that we will see it soon, namely from August.

TV professor Tina Nijkamp would consider it a huge stunt if Linda de Mol said yes to this, she writes on her opinion channel. “I just think that Linda de Mol could present this. Linda likes to travel, she has the time, it’s something different from studio, and it will be a hit anyway.”

Or Irene Moors?

Private boss Evert Santegoeds says in his podcast that he also found Irene Moors a nice option. “That program with those older men, that would have been perfect for Irene, to go on a trip with such a company.”

Colleague Jordi Versteegden: “It is a bit over with Irene Moors on television anyway.”

Evert: “I regret that.”

‘It will be Chatilla’

Evert has heard in the corridors that it will be Chatilla van Grinsven, because Talpa speaks of a ‘sporty presenter’. And Linda is a lot, but sporty is not exactly the first association with her.

De Privé-boss: “It is suggested in the media that it concerns Chatilla van Grinsven. Well, he has left Shownieuws, so that could be, from a calendar point of view. But I actually saw Irene in that place.”
