Supreme Court vs is going to consider redesigning constituencies in advantage of minorities

The American Supreme Court indicated on Friday evening that during the next term of office it will deal with a case regarding the redesign of constituencies in favor of minorities. The case may have major consequences for the representation of Afro-Americans and Hispanics in the congress.
