Supporters group VVV-Venlo out of dissatisfaction with Bogers policy | 1Limburg

The fans of Yellow Black Fanatics would like the general director of VVV-Venlo, Marco Bogers, to leave. They make that clear with banners that the group has hung at stadium De Koel.

Last Monday it was announced that Jos Luhukay is leaving VVV-Venlo, despite a contract that runs until 2023.

Trainers graveyard
The supporters group holds Bogers responsible for the policy of recent years, in which eight trainers have already died in Venlo. Football analyst Reginald Thal called the club ‘a trainer’s graveyard’ in the L1 program AvondGasten Sport. It is striking that only Maurice Steijn was coach of the Venlo people for more than two years. “If you look at the list of trainers from recent years, there is hardly any continuity and policy.”

dissatisfied
The supporters group has facebook an explanation for the action. The fans say they are “seriously dissatisfied” with the club’s policy. They also call on the club to take a critical look at its own performance. VVV-Venlo has not yet responded to the supporters action.
