The Austrian fiber manufacturer Lenzing AG changes the chairman of the supervisory board.
On Tuesday, the group announced that the current supervisory board chief Cord Prinzhorn “did not extend his office as a member of the company’s supervisory board after the ordinary general meeting on April 17, 2025 and will not face the re -election at the upcoming general meeting”. Prinzhorn, which has been at the head of the committee since 2022, will therefore “devote itself to its existing and new activities at the B&C group”.
One successor is already ready: At the upcoming general meeting, “the supervisory board of Lenzing AG Patrick Lackenbucher will propose for the election in the supervisory board, which is designed for the future takeover of the chair,” said the group.
