Cristiano Ronaldo is causing a stir with a new Instagram photo. The Portuguese presents a body that makes even much younger professionals look old.
With a current Instagram post, superstar Cristiano Ronaldo once again amazes his fans around the world. In one photo, the Portuguese is standing in a fitness room, his hands confidently on his hips. The upper body is free, every muscle clearly defined.
You can see, among other things, the well-trained chest area, the strong shoulders and a pronounced six-pack. The legs also appear extremely strong, the veins are clearly visible on them. An image that is more reminiscent of a bodybuilder than a professional football player. As Ronaldo himself wrote on the post, the photo was taken after a visit to the sauna.
Once again, Ronaldo is in top form – and at the upper age of 40. The reason for his apparently intensive training is obvious: next summer the striker wants to take part in the World Cup with Portugal in the USA, Canada and Mexico. It will probably be his last major tournament. To say goodbye to the big football stage, Ronaldo is now throwing himself into action once again.
However, Ronaldo will be active at club level for at least another year and a half. The captain of Al-Nassr (Saudi Arabia) and his team won all nine games in the Saudi Pro League this season. Ronaldo himself contributed ten goals and is the clear focal point of the team. Al-Nassr leads the table by four points.
