The appointment with is back from 17 to 19 October Villa La Massa Excellencean event now in its third edition dedicated to the latest supercars and hypercars hosted in the park of the villa of the same name, now a luxury hotel on the Arno just outside Florence. An appointment that has as its protagonists rare and highly prestigious carssuch as – to name some of those awarded in 2024 – the 2023 Bugatti Centodieci, the Pininfarina Battista, the Maserati MC12, the McLaren F1 GTR, the Gemballa Mirage GT Gold Edition and the Ferrari F40 LM. Also this year, supercars of the same caliber are expected Ferrari, Porsche, BMW, Bugatti, Mercedes and cars made in small series. A counterpart to the historic cars protagonists of the Concours d’Elegance of Villa d’Este, a hotel belonging to the same ownership as Villa La Massa, which is held in spring on the shores of Lake Como.

The jury of experts, which includes the equal presence of women and men, will award, at the end of the competition parade scheduled on October 18thsome awards taking into account, as in previous editions, aspects of the cars such as image, design, refinement of the interior and details: awards that will go to the cars that have contributed the most to the evolution of the automobile and those that have best represented the concept of innovation. Other trophies will be awarded by a jury of very young people, aged up to 12, and by the public, who will be able to access the event on Saturday 18 October from 10am to 4pm (the cost of the day pass is 80 euros). Finally, during the gala evening scheduled in the setting of Palazzo Portinari Salviati in Florence, the award for the Best of show, the Villa La Massa Gold Cup, which intends to pay homage to the Villa d’Este trophy of the same name, will be awarded. Finally, on Sunday 19th, the crews will leave for a driving tour in Chianti (on board their own car or on one of the Abarth 500s made available by the organizers), which will end with a lunch in the charming town of Monteriggioni.
