New concept: seven days instead of a weekend

The Superbloom Festival is significantly expanding its concept in 2026. Instead of a weekend, the event will take place over seven days for the first time. Two so-called Experience Days and five concert evenings are planned in Munich’s Olympic Park. The event period runs from August 29th to September 4th, 2026. The organizers are reacting to structural changes to the site and at the same time adapting the structure of the festival.

The event, which has so far been concentrated on two festival days, will in future be supplemented by several individual concerts that will take place in the week after the Experience Days. There is also line-up information to report: Lorde, Kygo, Lewis Capaldi and other acts have been confirmed.

Experience Days with international and national acts

The Experience Days open the festival on Saturday and Sunday, August 29th and 30th. Several stages and various experience areas are planned on the site. The acts announced so far include Kygo, Tom Odell, Zara Larsson, Tash Sultana, Zartmann, Berq, Ikkimel, Baran Kok, bbno$, Vicky, Asha Banks, Jolle, Mika Noé, Magda, Laurenz Nikolaus, Civan, Jules War, Filow, Horsegirl, Noga Erez, Oskar Med K, Kiarababa, Dani Lia, Yung Pepp and Spoken Word Teresa Reichl & Merve.

In addition to concerts, the program includes additional experience areas as an integral part of the festival format. According to the organizers, these areas are intended to offer additional content relating to culture, entertainment and live formats.

Five concert evenings after the festival weekend

New to the concept are the concerts, which take place from August 31st to September 4th – individual concert evenings, each with a headliner and other acts. So far confirmed are Lorde (with support from Audrey Hobert and Lykke Li), sombr (with support from Ennio), Lewis Capaldi (with Bastille and Jessie Murph) and Ayliva with Nico Santos as support. Paul Kalkbrenner and Monolink have been confirmed for Friday evening.

Reconstruction of the Olympic Stadium changes the area

Due to renovation work, the Olympic Stadium can no longer be part of the Superbloom from 2026. The area in the Olympic Park was therefore reorganized. The main stage of the Experience Days will be set up on the southern part of the park and will be supplemented by other stages – the NeoNeo Stage and the Hideaway Stage – as well as additional experience areas.

Additional event space will be created for the concert evenings. Some of the shows will take place on a new stage at Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Platz, while further gigs are planned on the Bloom Stage in the southwest of the site.

Tickets and advance sales

For 2026, only day tickets will be offered. Regular advance sales started on Thursday, March 5th at 6 p.m. Prices vary depending on the day of the event: Early bird tickets for the Experience Days cost from 89 euros (Saturday) or 94 euros (Sunday), concert tickets are between 75 and 99 euros per evening. Additional options such as front-of-stage or Silver Circle access can be booked separately; Special ticket categories for children and young people are also planned.

Festival since 2022 in the Olympic Park

Superbloom has been taking place in Munich’s Olympic Park since 2022 and has been held as a two-day festival in recent years. According to the organizers, the premiere was sold out and attracted around 50,000 visitors per day. In addition to music acts, the concept also includes comedy formats, podcasts and other experience areas. The line-up for the 2025 edition included Post Malone, Hozier, Shawn Mendes, Tiësto, Raye and Nelly Furtado.
