Summary proceedings because arrested lawyer Taghi has not been in contact with colleagues for days

One of the lawyers of the recently arrested lawyer Vito Shukkrula is making summary proceedings against the Dutch state. According to her, since last Friday it is no longer possible to get in touch with Shukrula in the penitentiary institution, while a lawyer may not be denied access to his or her client by law.
