Suddenly everything was white in Berlin – but the splendor does not remain

Friday was a bright winter day in the capital. Unfortunately, the snow says goodbye again on Saturday.

Plenty of sun, eight full hours, plus snow from the previous day. Berlin enjoyed a picture-perfect winter day on Friday. So you can also do something other than gray, dear Peter!

According to wetter.de, up to half a meter of snow will fall in southern Germany this weekend. In Berlin, on the other hand, no flakes will fall, but unfortunately only raindrops. Means: goodbye tobogganing fun!

On Saturday it can be slippery again after snowy rain in the morning. On Sunday, the meteorologists from the German Weather Service (DWD) expect up to eight degrees. This is clearly too much for Frau Holle.
