With an industrial and standardized approach, more homes can be made more sustainable faster and at lower costs. This reduces the risk of energy poverty. Collaborating parties with a large-scale renovation program and a standardized, industrial approach can now apply for a subsidy. The subsidy is intended for large-scale, long-term renovation programs with a high level of sustainability that home owners and providers jointly set up and implement.

Parties can submit a subsidy application for the first tranche until May 1, 2024. A budget of 30 million euros is available for this period. Publication of the request with conditions in the Government Gazette: https://zoek.officielekennismakingen.nl/stcrt-2023-31151.html

How to apply?

To submit an application, it is necessary to complete a model project plan in full and to submit a calculation of the intended CO2 reduction using a calculation model. You can download the model project plan at the bottom of this message.

The calculation model for CO2 reduction can be requested via this email address: [email protected].

The application must be sent digitally to the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations: [email protected]. The application will be granted or rejected by the Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, no later than within 13 weeks of the application.
