No Eurovision Song Contest without bad outfits. In 1997, a fan site launched the ‘Barbara Dex Award’ after the Belgian entry appeared on stage in an anything but flattering dress. If stylist Jody Van Geert – who was responsible for the Eurovision Song Contest styling for Laura Tesoro in 2016 – is allowed to decide on the prize, this year it will go to the outfit of Nadir Rüstəmli, the entry from Azerbaijan.
