These interventions should put order in the stalled assistance to benefit parents. That says Peter Heijkoop, responsible for the Association of Dutch Municipalities (VNG). Decisions are made in the short term that should speed up the recovery operation. The aim of municipalities is to quickly reject people who have reported wrongly, to help the worst affected first and to improve cooperation between municipalities and the Tax and Customs Administration.
