Even though Storm Benjamin did not hit our province very hard, it will remain very stormy in the coming days. The wind can be strong, especially along the coast, up to wind force 6. There is also a lot of rain coming this way, with quite a lot of cloud. However, there are still some dry hours today, and then the sun appears every now and then.
It will not be warm: in the coming days the temperature will remain at a maximum of about 12 to 13 degrees.
Weekend full of rain
It will often remain rainy in the province this weekend. Tomorrow morning a new area of rain will move our way, and there is a good chance of stormy weather. “Saturday falls into the water,” jokes NH weatherman Jan Visser on NH Radio. He is referring to the heavy periods of rain that will pass over North Holland tomorrow.
Drier from Monday
From Monday, a sunnier prospect seems to be in sight: next week the temperature will slowly rise and it could even reach 17 degrees towards the weekend. Mild autumn temperatures again.
