Strellson continues to focus on American football

The men’s fashion retailer Strellson, based in Switzerland, has further strengthened its commitment to American football. On Thursday, the company announced a partnership with the Hamburg Sea Devils, who compete in the European League of Football (ELF). Strellson AG announced that the agreement initially applies to the 2023 season. However, the aim of both partners is “to enter into a long-term cooperation afterwards”.

As part of the cooperation with the Hanseatic League, which started this month, Strellson also dresses the trainers of the football team. In addition to special events, “joint social media activities across several channels as well as a joint shoot with selected top players and large-scale Strellson perimeter advertising at all home games are part of the partnership,” the company explained.

Nicolai Zereske, Strellson’s Head of Marketing, explained the reasons for the commitment: “American football is booming – especially in our most important market, the DACH region, where more than half of the ELF teams are based. Therefore, we are very happy to cooperate with such a strong and winning team,” he said in a statement. The Hamburg Sea Devils are “successful, authentic and dynamic – just like our brand and our customers,” says Zereske.
