Stranger Things: Maya Hawke wishes Robin was dead

Singer and ‘Stranger Things’ star Maya Hawke has shared her thoughts on the plot of season five: “It’s the final season so people are probably going to die,” said Hawke, who portrays ice cream seller Robin in the Netflix series.

She told Rolling Stone that she wished her character Robin was dead. She also expects several death scenes: “It’s the last season, so people will probably die. I would like to die honorably like any actor would like to. I would very much like to die and have my heroine moment.”

She also praised the producing duo Matt and Ross Duffer for giving the characters in Stranger Things one particularly positive trait: “The reason they write so beautifully for me and for everyone else is because they blend into theirs Actors and characters fall in love and don’t want to kill them. I think that’s a beautiful quality of theirs and I wouldn’t wish it away.”

The new cast will not be greatly expanded

The Duffer brothers have already made it clear that the final season won’t feature too many new characters: “I just like to change something, so we change it by changing the plot or adding a new monster. We do our best to [das Hinzufügen neuer Charaktere] to avoid for season 5. We try not to do that so we can focus on the OG characters I think,” Matt Duffer told IndieWire.

When exactly the fifth season of “Stranger Things” will appear is still unclear. An official trailer has not yet been released either. Fans can remain curious, however, because Netflix described the series finale as an “epic conclusion”.

Hawke’s album MOSS is out soon

Hawke is also known as a singer. Most recently, she released the two singles “Sweet Tooth” and “Thérèse” in August. The latter appeared with an NSFW music video showing a nude orgy in the woods. With the clip, she wants to express “that loneliness is the worst thing, until you realize it’s much better than bad company,” says Hawke. Their album MOSS will be released on September 23rd.
