“I think we will have a very nice spring and summer in which just about anything will be possible, I suspect,” says Van Gucht.
“It will also improve soon. In February, the numbers will start to drop and we may go to orange and later to yellow. Then more and more will be possible. Spring and summer will continue almost without restrictions,” said Van Gucht.
