Beşiktaş Coach Rıza Çalımbay received the Süleyman Seba Special Award at the award ceremony organized for the 5th time this year by Bakırköy Ata Sports Club. The experienced coach answered questions from members of the press before the award ceremony. Expressing his satisfaction for receiving the Süleyman Seba Special Award, Rıza Çalımbay said, “First of all, I would like to thank them for deeming me worthy of such an award. From the beginning of my football life, I did my job without engaging in dialogue. I am very happy that this brought an award. In my football life, too. “It’s the same way I started my coaching life,” he said.

Stating that they want to win the matches against Alanyaspor and Hatayspor that will be played consecutively in the league, Çalımbay said, “We have two matches ahead of us. We need to win both of them. They are must-win matches. We do not think of anything else. Our only goal is to win both matches.”

Sharing his thoughts about the 5 players who were excluded from the squad after the Fenerbahçe derby, Çalımbay said that such situations can occur in all teams. He may have gone against the club, his dialogues with friends may be bad or his performance may be poor. Such things happen. It is in football.
