Immediately after the action in question was noticed, the relevant person’s mobile phone was recorded, He was confiscated by the judicial authorities, a report was taken against him and an investigation was initiated before the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office. This behavior casts a shadow on both the seriousness of the judicial processes and the fundamental values of sports. It is unacceptable for a sports club manager to act in this way in a situation that is subject to a judicial process, and it is not a situation that can be legitimized by hiding behind the concept of “rivalry”. Fenerbahçe Sports Club cannot be violated by the reflexes of the stands or by belonging to the community. “We, as A.Ş., openly declare to the public that we will follow all the legal rights of our football player Mert Hakan Yandaş to the end, and that we will never allow this incident to be covered up or trivialized.”
