State Secretary to Council of State against ban on emergency reception of asylum seekers in Jabbeke
The State Secretary and Fedasil are now challenging this ban at the Council of State. A standard procedure in such cases, says her cabinet, because it is still the intention to organize temporary emergency accommodation for asylum seekers in the buildings where the Civil Protection used to be. The case will be heard by the Council of State next week. When the decision will be made is difficult to predict.
