The e-athletes from FC St. Pauli delivered a perfect match day in the Virtual Bundesliga Club Championship. One success stands out: the win in the city derby against HSV.
In both doubles and singles, the two St. Pauli professionals Kamal “Kamal” Kamboj and Koray “KKoray” Kücükgünar had the upper hand against their city rivals Hamburger SV (4:2; 3:2).
For fans, officials and players of the Kiezkicker there was even more reason to celebrate on the second triple match day of the VBL season – the fifth to seventh match days were played -: also the games against 1. FC Köln (1:1; 6:5 ; 3:2) and 1. FC Magdeburg (7:1; 1:1; 9:0) were won.
St. Pauli thus defends second place in the North-West relay. With 19 points, they are two points behind the e-athletes from SC Paderborn 07, who still have no points lost. The professionals from the club from the Ostwestfalen-Lippe region also remained unbeaten in their three games of the day and celebrated victories against Bayer 04 Leverkusen (4:0 ; 3:2), Hannover 96 (3:0; 4:0) and Borussia Mönchengladbach (3:1; 4:4; 3:1).
