Burak Elmas, President of Galatasaray Sports Club, responded to the statement made by the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) about him today with a statement published on the official website of the yellow-red team.
Burak Elmas made the following statements in his statement:
“I read with amazement and sadness the statement made by the President of the Turkish Football Federation after the Ordinary General Assembly of our club, which took place in a democratic manner and in accordance with our bylaws. He described what happened in a meeting witnessed by six people together as a lie without any worries. This is the real lie! Mr. President is trying to produce cheap heroism from every situation, since his main duty is to manage Turkish football and reform the rotten refereeing institution.

On this occasion, I would like to state that we will continue to fight for Galatasaray and justice until the last second of our election, when our new management will be determined, and we hand over our mandate.”
