Schermer Tristan Tulen in eighth finals of the World Cup after victory over brother
12.30 pm: Degenschermer Tristan Tulen reached the eighth finals at the World Cup in the Georgian capital Tbilisi by beating his brother Rafael. The 34-year-old Tristan was 15-7 too strong for his six-year-old brother.
In the eighth final, Tulen will take on Nikita Kosjman from Ukraine later on Sunday. He won 14-11 of the second-placed Mohamed Elsayed from Egypt.
Corbeau to semi -finals 100 meters breaststroke at World Cup
07.55 am: Caspar Corbeau has qualified for the semi -finals on the 100 -meter breaststroke at the World Championship Swimming Swimming in Singapore. The 24-year-old American Dutchman swam a time of 59.03 in the series and continued fourth.
The semi -finals are scheduled later on Sunday. The 24-year-old Corbeau finished in seventh place in the 100 meter breaststroke during the World Cup last year. At the Paris Olympic Games he became eighth. Corbeau conquered the bronze medal at the double distance in Paris.
Nyls Korstanje and Sean Niewold reached the semi -finals of the 50 meter butterfly stroke. With 22.96, Korstanje set the fifth time. Niewold swam the twelfth time with 23.21.
Tessa Giele qualified for the semi -final in the 100 meter butterfly stroke. She came to a time of 57.56.
The swimming players on the 4×100 meter freestyle qualified with the third time before the final later on Sunday. Milou van Wijk, Femke Spiering, Sam van Nunen and Marrit Steenbergen came to a time of 3.35.47. Only the swimmers of Australia and the United States were faster.
The finals and semi -finals are later Sunday from 1 p.m. (Dutch time).

Darderi wins second title in Croatia within a week
10.34 pm: Luciano Darderi has won an ATP tournament for the second time within a week. The 23-year-old Italian beat the Spaniard Carlos Taberner 6-3 6-3 on Saturday in the final of the tournament in the Croatian Umag.
Darderi won the title in Bastad in Sweden last Sunday at the expense of Jesper de Jong. The final victory in Croatia is his third title of the year. In April the number 46 in the world beat Tallon Griekspoor in the final of Marrakesh.
Taberner eliminated De Jong in the quarterfinals of the tournament in Umag. The global number 111 was in Croatia for the first time in a final of an ATP tournament.
Ginni van Katwijk sixth at WK High Diving
12.17 pm: Schoonspringster Ginni van Katwijk finished sixth at the High Diving World Cup. That is the best performance ever of the 40-year-old North Holland, who had reached the final in Singapore after four jumps on Friday.
After the last two jumps on Saturday, she rose one more place in the rankings. Van Katwijk received a total of 285.15 points for her six jumps from the 20 meter platform. The Australian Rhiannan Iefland took the gold with 359.25 points.
Van Katwijk finished the past two World Cups in the eleventh and thirteenth.
