Luiten in top 10 for final day in Johannesburg
5:56 pm: Golfer Joost Luiten enters the final day of the Steyn City Championship in Johannesburg as number 10 in the ranking. The 36-year-old Dutchman needed 69 strokes for his third round. AC Milan striker Giroud replaces Benzema in France selection

VfL Bochum hopes to quickly identify a drinking cup thrower
11.18 am: VfL Bochum hopes to quickly find out which supporter threw a drinking cup on the field on Friday in the league game against Borussia Mönchengladbach. A linesman was hit. The referee stopped the game.

Ice hockey players France and Austria replace Russia and Belarus

Sedney and Tjin-A-Lim at the World Cup to the semi-final 60 meters hurdles
10.25 am: Dutch athletes Zoë Sedney and Maayke Tjin-A-Lim have qualified for the semifinals of the 60 meter hurdles at the World Indoor Championships, which are scheduled for Saturday evening.
Sedney came in the series in Belgrade with a time of 7.98 seconds. Tjin-A-Lim recorded 8.11 seconds. That was a personal record. From each of the six heats, the numbers 1 to 3 qualified for the semi-finals. Sedney and Tjin-A-Lim both finished second.
The semifinals start on Saturday at 6.15 pm.
Bendsneyder fifth in qualification in Indonesia
8.50 am: Motor racer Bo Bendsneyder will start on Sunday in the Indonesian Grand Prix in the Moto2 class from fifth place. Britain’s Jake Dixon was fastest in qualifying on Saturday.
