Finnish textile manufacturer Spinnova Plc has appointed Santeri Heinonen as Chief Human Resources Officer.
Heinonen will take up his new role on the Finnish textile manufacturer’s management team on May 2, Spinnova announced on Wednesday. He reports directly to CEO Kim Poulsen.
Previously, Heinonen was at Valmet, a Finnish service and technology provider for the pulp, paper and energy industry, where he most recently held the position of Senior Manager, Global Talent Development.
“Santeri is a development-oriented HR professional with 20 years of experience in various HR roles,” said Poulsen. “Santeri’s strengths include HR processes and development, as well as talent management.”
