Spain and England in good shape

Co-favorites Spain and England presented themselves in good shape on the way to the World Cup in Qatar.

Former world champions Spain clearly defeated Iceland 5-0 (2-0) in La Coruna. England prevailed 3-0 (2-0) against Ivory Coast in London.

Alvaro Morata (37′, 40′, penalty) put Spain on the road to victory before the break.

Ollie Watkins (30′), Raheem Sterling (45′) and Tyrone Mings (90’+4′) scored the English goals. The Ivory Coast played after yellow-red against Serge Aurier (40th) outnumbered.
